Our Nursing Department plays a critical role in delivering compassionate and specialized mental health care to our patients. We provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care that promotes mental well-being, recovery, and dignity while ensuring safety and adherence to ethical standards.

Our key responsibilities include:

  • Patient Care & Monitoring: Providing round-the-clock care, administering medication, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Psychosocial Support: Offering therapeutic communication, crisis intervention, and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Mental Health Rehabilitation: Facilitating structured programs for reintegration, coping skills, and daily living activities.
  • Advocacy & Patient Rights: Ensuring ethical treatment, protecting patient rights, and preventing abuse or stigma.
  • Health Education: Educating patients, caregivers, and communities on mental health management and prevention.
  • Collaboration & Multidisciplinary Support: Working with psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists to create individualized care plans.
  • Training: Mentoring nursing students from different education institutions across the country in psychiatric nursing care.
